The role

The Health Care Group at Fidelity is passionate about helping people navigate the often-confusing world of health care. It's our goal to help individuals better understand and make the best decisions regarding their health care benefits and accounts. We're looking for an upbeat, curious, and customer-focused content strategist to join our mobile team.

As a member of this team, you'll focus on crafting content for our health care app that simplifies sophisticated concepts and enables customers to act with confidence. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, business partners, legal reviewers, and other content strategists to deliver outstanding iOS and Android app experiences.

The expertise and skills you bring

• 6+ years of experience in digital content strategy, UX writing, or content design
• Experience or a strong interest in content strategy for mobile
• Adept at developing content that's conversational, concise, accessible, expansive, on brand, and aligned with editorial style guidelines
• Ability to make connections and establish relationships within and across teams
• Comfortable advocating for content recommendations and negotiating edits with subtlety and an open mind
• Organized self-starter who's passionate about keeping progress moving forward, not only for yourself but for the entire team
• Experience in health care, financial services, or another industry that is sophisticated, multi-channel, and supervised
