Client:

• Rapidly growing alternative investment fund management firm with a management consulting feel to it.
• Minimal turnover, above market compensation and very engaged with internal employee development and growth.

Position:

• Fund Controller (accounting)

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements capital account statements.
• Manage the operations and accounting of an existing VC/PE client independently.
• Assist with the preparation of information and data for Capital Calls, Distributions and Allocations to investors.
• Management Consulting - travel to client sites as needed.
• Quarterly reporting to the LPs, Cash flow management and forecasting.

You Should Apply To This Position If:

• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, direct fund, investment management firm or a fund administrator.
• CPA is preferred
• Knowledge within Private Equity/Venture Capital
• Bachelor's degree
• Comfortable with working remote or in an office.
