We are rapidly growing our recruiting and sales staff to support current and anticipated demand. We serve Fortune 1000 clients throughout the US, helping them solve critical IT problems with the right resource, at the right place, at the right time. With these traits, you can earn significant commissions by placing independent consultants in short- and long-term client assignments.

General Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Partner with sales managers to understand detailed client needs and requirements
• Identify consulting resources (candidates) that specialize in enterprise ERP and related systems (e.g., SAP and Workday)
• Leverage top recruiting and business development tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Zoominfo) to engage consultants for current and future project needs
• Onboard new consultants and nurture ongoing relationships while they serve our clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to display a positive attitude and overcome adversity native to a recruiting career
• Self-motivated winner with a consistent, results-oriented work ethic
• Proven ability to receive coaching and take action to improve performance
• 4-year college degree required

This is a remote position with occasional opportunities to visit our office in Raleigh-Durham, NC and participate in team events outside the office.
