Job Summary: The Senior Strategy Analyst plays several key roles on the Corporate Strategy team. They are responsible for critical analyses that informs the 3-year strategic plan for Surescripts. In addition, the individual in this role has visibility within the company and the opportunity to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Partner with product and sales teams to collect fact-based insights for annual strategy development. Work with other departments such as legal, marketing and finance for various other projects. Lead engagements to answer key strategic questions, which may include business plan development for new markets, impact of external threats to Surescripts, and evaluation of growth options. Collaborate with functional leads, manage external consulting teams, and facilitate customer conversations. Identify material market activities from industry news and analyzes implications for distribution to leadership. Support communication and operationalization of strategy to the organization. Develop and nurture relationships both internally and externally. Assist with key growth initiatives. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in related and progressive roles, or 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy or top tier strategy consulting firm. 3+ years of experience working on large complex projects. 2+ years of experience of financial, economic, and/or market analysis. Applies a hypothesis-based approach to problem solving. Conveys complex findings in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. Self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to influence people at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Health industry background. We are currently working from home. Offices are open to those who want to go in with health safety protocols in place. This position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, where you will be able to split time between work from home and onsite work at our newly designed office. Physical and Mental Requirements.
