Sourcing Specialist - Raleigh/Alexandria

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will work in partnership with one or more Talent Acquisition Managers and regional HR Partners to help develop, implement, and deliver creative, comprehensive, and strategic sourcing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pools for key field based positions. You will apply well-developed sourcing skills to generate candidates using a wide range of traditional and non-traditional techniques, including competitive intelligence and research, social media, internet mining, industry events, and networking with local partners in the market you support. Acting as a subject matter expert in field recruiting, you will find the best talent that will support the growth and success of the business. This is a work-from-home position with regional travel.

Duties & Responsibilities

Define, design, and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
Ensure the development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of our talent pools.
Utilize talent pools to match candidate profiles to relevant roles, and represent candidate needs to talent acquisition partners and hiring teams.
Maintain a strong understanding of the external talent landscape through market research and competitive intelligence gathering; educate recruiters, HR partners and business leaders accordingly to achieve optimal results.
Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
Develop and drive strategies to build deep and diverse talent pipelines including managing the applicant experience.
Assist recruiting managers to clearly execute on the employee value proposition and incorporate this into the sourcing strategy framework.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
Present creative solutions to enhance results.
Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all internal stakeholders and candidates.
Ensure all searches and engagement strategies comply with company policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
Experience in high-volume recruiting environment (restaurant or retail experience a plus, but not required)
Resourceful, independent, and have a go-getter attitude
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
Detail oriented and the a bility to prioritize competing objectives
Ability to utilize talent acquisition tools including ATS and Workday
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.

Working Conditions

This role works form a home office; travel is up to 10 %. Occasional overnight travel necessary when attending team and/or corporate events and meetings.

Physical Requirements

While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards
