About the Position:


We are seeking a demand generation expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the pipeline of new performance modification projects from marketing programs, working closely with the sales, product, content, and operations teams to build a revenue generation machine.


You will be responsible for informing our demand gen approach to reduce ramp time for new locations achieving revenue capacity, expertly executing your piece. Leveraging exceptional analytical skills, you will drive the successful execution of demand generation efforts while measuring the impact across both the buyer and customer journey.


As an ROI-minded demand generation leader, you will be a force multiplier who strengthens the relationship and alignment between sales and marketing. Our ideal candidate is analytical, highly skilled with email marketing, driven to deliver high-quality leads to the sales team, and results-oriented.


What You'll Do:


• Deploy targeted and engaging email marketing campaigns to prospective consumers as well as past customers to drive new and repeat business.

• Transform content into campaigns, segment audiences, deploy campaigns through online and offline channels, and measure/optimize results.

• Ensure consistency of messaging across emails and other online as well as offline channels with an understanding of each prospective customer's full experience with National Speed.

• Execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns for new location launches.

• Own digital marketing budget including setting the plan, forecasting results, and ROI analysis.

• Own reporting and communication of demand generation goals & KPIs.


What You'll Need:


• 3-5 years of experience successfully developing and executing email marketing campaigns.

• Experience in eCommerce or B2C or SMB marketing.

• Experience using Hubspot and Salesforce.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Problem solving skills / intellectually curious.

• Hands-on approach - need to be willing and able to get in the weeds and drive results.
