Regional Director


Job Description:


POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Director will plan, direct, organize, and oversee activities in the company. Provide helpful programs that will help attain growth and profit for the company. Create higher ROI and optimization of workflow and implement better procedures and management methods. Generate strategies and policies associated with the goals of the organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teaming with Senior management in developing the Company's Strategic Plan
  • Implementing the strategic plan and tactics for Branch Operations in assigned Regions and Branches
  • Leading the Business Development, Sales, Equipment and Team Plans for assigned Branches and Regions
  • Serves branches by living the Mission Statement and Core Values of ProLift through a Team of Regional Directors, RDs
  • Evaluate performance of the organization in meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed
  • Take corrective action to solve organizational problems
  • Regional Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Other duties & Special Projects as signed by CEO


Requirements:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership skills: Ability to lead and be an effective leader


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business
  • 5 years' Previous experience in similar role
