The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager plans, develops and executes successful marketing strategies to generate interest, increase candidate applications, and deliver short-term results while optimizing performance over time with specific key performance indicators. Responsible for the development and execution of regional marketing strategies, including candidate persona development and leveraging demand generation tactics to attract multiple segments of candidates effectively and efficiently across our company.
In this role, you will partner with company leadership, vendors, and business partners to drive strategic initiatives based on research and data-driven inputs to attract qualified candidates. To be successful in this role you will need to drive overall strategy as well as execute tactically.
Role & Responsibility
The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally and offer marketing guidance with the following:
- Leverage our Global Brand, regionally: utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging brand guidelines and value propositions to tailor campaigns for local markets. Deliver high impact and cost-effective talent attraction content that tells a consistent and completing story across all employee segments to include but not limited to critical new hires, new graduates, students, military veteran outreach, and strategic diversity and inclusion hires.
- Manage Talent Channels: Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve channel goals. i.e., careers site, social channels, job boards, media, etc.
- Build Relationships: Maximize vendor relatonships and partnerships both, external and internal; Manage our investments in our partnerships through understanding of capabilities and performance. Operationalize and measure effectiveness of campaigns through engagement and results.
- Candidate Experience: Advocate for the candidate experience by working to continuously improve the candidate journey
- Event Management & Marketing Collateral: Build and execute recruiting efforts that deliver relevant and effective recruiting materials and consistent brand elements to promote our company to future or perspective applicants at job fairs, campus events, community outreach events, strategic partnerships, etc. Assist the Talent Acquisition team, local HR teams and business partners who may manage and coordinate larger scale events and programs.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, HR)
- Job experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment marketing
- 5+ years' experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining, talent attraction and recruitment marketing programs across various markets and employee segments
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate concepts into practical internal and external narratives.
- Travel: up to 20% travel domestic
- Project management and event management experience
- Budget management experience
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and customer service mindset
- Ability to work strongly in a fast-paced, team environment.
