Recruiter - Fairlawn, Ohio

We specialize in recruitment and placement of c-level executive professionals working in the Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Food and Beverage industry nationwide.

We are actively seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Fairlawn, Ohio! The ideal Recruiter candidates will be highly competitive team players who absolutely thrive on winning and are willing to be trained in the executive recruiting profession. Whether you come from sales, marketing, or a recruiting background already - we have a place for you!

Job Requirements

• 70% Recruiting, calling & interviewing candidates
• 20% candidate write-ups, scheduling interviews between the candidate and client, and candidate follow-up.
• 10% internal data management utilizing a CRM to stay organized.

Basic Qualifications

• Sales or a marketing background preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates when recruiting.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
• Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
• Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection when cold calling
• High energy to keep up in a fast-paced, lively & encouraging atmosphere with other recruiters
• Interest to go into sales or account management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
