Title: Process Assistant III
Location: Akron, OH
Duration: 12 Months

Part Time - 3 days a week. Up to 24 hours a week. This must be communicated with candidates before hand. No Full Time Opportunity.

Local No remote offered for this position (must be able to report to office location).

Work Schedule:
Part time Three days a week preferably Tuesday thru Thursday (start time/end time is flexible between the following hours: 7am-330pm, 730am-4pm, 8am-430pm, or 830am to 5pm) must be able to work one of the provided shifts.
Elected shift must be worked daily (example employee choses 730-4pm shift, must work this shift each three days for contract period).

Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
This role will assist with tracking, monitoring, and payment of invoices for vendor related costs.
Other administrative tasks will be required such as updating and managing spreadsheets, access different databases and complete simple transactions.
This position is part time only (up to 24 hours a week).

Top Skills Needed:
Proficient use of Microsoft programs.
SAP use/ knowledge required.
Good communication skills and professionalism.

Top Nice to Have Skills:
Understanding of payment processes, administrative background preferred.

Education Required:
High School diploma or equivalent

This role performs clerical and administrative duties that support specific workflow or phases within a business process.
Performs routine and repetitive tasks to support transaction of a part(s) of a business process. Follows established policy and procedures and detailed instructions in the performance of duties.
Duties include: collecting, compiling and analyzing information and data; providing information on inquiries, maintains and prepare reports and charts, performs general alphabetic and numeric filing, sorting and cross-referencing.
Maintains and updates files, records and logs according to established procedures.
Ensures information and reports are complete and consistent with specific rules or procedures.
Skills required: Understanding of the operation of computerized and function-related equipment to record, store and retrieve information.
Ability to manage multiple activities and resources.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills including using spreadsheet, word processing applications and SAP.
