Essential Functions:

  • Create an excellent Guest service experience.
  • Hire and Train high-quality people
  • Create an enjoyable work environment while maintaining high personal integrity and treat all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity
  • Maintains food/labor costs as per requirement
  • Uphold Hardees Procedures/Policies including food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements as well as enforce all labor laws
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)
Skills & Abilities:
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management
  • Organizational, planning, and time management
  • Team-building skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
