About the Position

Joining our existing team as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely our outsourced recruitment vendor as well as field and manufacturing hourly hiring teams. The emphasis is on communicating with Human Resources, hiring managers, and our recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO) vendor to ensure Goodyear attracts, selects, and hires quality talent in our field and manufacturing locations. This role is responsible for the day to day and operational components of Goodyear's relationship with its RPO vendor as well as providing benchmarking to inform and improve our internal hourly talent acqusition (TA) processes. This individual acts as the key interface and problem solver between Goodyear hourly hiring teams and the RPO vendor.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Track and manage multiple action items to completion through constant communication and follow up with RPO vendor.
  • Be the partner / liaison between the RPO vendor and designees from Company Owned Outlets and Manufacturing business lines to support defined recruitment strategies. Analyze opportunities and make recommendations for high volume recruitment process improvements and / or synergies.
  • Ensure recruiting process and results meet compliance expectations. Partner with RPO vendor to implement hourly diversity recruiting strategies to bridge gaps in Goodyear's Affirmative Action Plans.


Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 18 months of professional experience

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
