Remote Opportunity

Position Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter serves as a talent acquisition expert for the manufacturing workforce. This position requires the ability and aptitude to independently conduct high volume searches for ***'s plant level openings.

These positions require the use of advanced search/sourcing methods, the ability to work cross functionally, and the ability to interact with and communicate effectively with Plant leadership and HR partners.

Essential Functions:
Develops recruiting strategies and performs full cycle recruiting for the company's hourly positions with a focus on, but not limited to, plant floor level openings.
Leverages leading edge recruiting sources and tools to proactively identify candidates.
Partners with hiring managers and HR managers to develop proactive strategies to address talent gaps.
Develops an understanding of business requirements, organization plans and candidate qualifications by establishing partnerships with assigned business units.
Develops a fundamental knowledge of business units, including customers, competitors, products, markets and key business metrics in order to assist with and advise on talent placement.
Conducts phone and/or in person interviews and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Presents employment offers by selling organization values, strengths, and opportunities.
Maintains relationships with business networks and professional organizations to gain knowledge and obtain referrals.
Researches current recruiting best practices, methods and processes to proactively recommend process changes.
Maintains thorough documentation of requisition status, candidates considered and selection decisions. Develops expertise in company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maximize its benefits.
Partners with assigned business/functional units to provide value added human resources and employee relations support.
Develops a solid understanding of ***'s HR policies, programs and procedures.
Contributes to special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources with emphasis on full cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change/process management.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Self-starter with high sense of urgency and drive for results in attaining staffing goals.
Strong knowledge of systems including social network recruiting platforms, specifically Taleo, Indeed, and the LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
