Job Title: Front Desk
Location: Canton (Canton Branch)
Division: Nesco Resource Clerical

Duties/Responsibilities Greet customers, and provide a face to face assessment
Receive and screen applicants paperwork
Photo copy and scan documentation into the computer database
Multi line phone system, answers questions and/or transfer calls
Assist with completion of processing the documents
Educate and promote clients on the program
Staff meetings and trainings

Pay and Shift info 8:00AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday
$11.50
Temporary assignment with opportunity for permanent assignment

Skills/Qualifications Computer knowledge a must! (Word, Excel and Power point)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must be able to multi-task
Uses good judgement
Understands diverse cultures
Can maintain confidentiality
Excellent customer relations
Basic Math
