This position is Mobile By Design working a combination of shifts in office (Canton, OH) and from your home office.


The Fulfillment Lead Specialist is responsible for managing and verifying the accuracy of the documentation received for loans within the Real Estate Loan pipeline. The Fulfilment Lead Specialist is responsible for understanding and accelerating the processing of the file ensuring an efficient and short turn around time. As subject matter experts, the Fulfillment Lead Specialist is responsible for reviewing credit applications on the ACAPS system, prior to assignment to an underwriter, to ensure purpose and integrity of the application are intact. The specialist will review all incoming documentation and data to ensure it is fulfilled to the utmost integrity, quality, and completion to facilitate credit and collateral decision.


The qualified candidate must be able to work independently, leverage resources, implement feedback and follow detailed processes.


**Essential Job Functions**


+ Review loan application files for accuracy and completeness.


+ Validate and verify loan application data related to Assets, Liabilities, Income, Debts, Employment etc.


+ Proactively submitting a clean and well documented file to Underwriter for review.


+ Make systematic adjustments within designated authority or document the need for further investigation by a loan analyst


+ Identify available in-house information that is useful for underwriting the credit application


+ Engage, initiate, and support process improvement ideas to improve efficiency


+ Meet or exceed individual productivity to contribute to team achievement of specific Service Level Agreements


+ Meet or exceed individual quality goals in alignment with established and evolving quality metrics


+ Manage Reports as Assigned


+ Participate and collaborate in team huddle meetings and group environments


+ Accurately adhere to specific departmental procedures


+ Complete mandatory compliance trainings punctually


+ Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (Internal)

Must have good comprehension and math skills and a passion for problem solving. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and/or weekend shifts on a as needed basis. **This position does require periodic overtime.**


**Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:**


+ Prior experience on the ACAPS credit system, Hogan, MSP, KVD


+ Ability to understand legal documents such as collateral titles, power of attorneys, mortgage deeds/notes


**Equipment Used:**


Dual monitor system, personal computer, telephone, calculator, home internet, and multi-function machine.


**Education/Work Experience:**


Minimum 2 years Consumer Lending experience desirable


High school diploma or GED required, post-secondary degree, and/or training desirable


Financial Industry experience desirable
