We are seeking a driven candidate to join the River City Mortgage family as an Administrative Assistant.

A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Handle new lead emails.
  • Process new leads from the Call Center.
  • Assist the Scheduling Department with new leads and lists.
  • Help the Compliance Department and Closing Department with scanning documents and inputting them into Point.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Success Requirements:

  • Relevant financial/mortgage experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time Opportunities

Compensation: $18-$24/hour
