Audit and Assessment Manager

Position: Audit and Assessment Manager

Job Description:

· AUDIT PLANNING & SCHEDULING

· CONDUCTING INTERNAL AUDITS

· CLOSING THE AUDIT CYCLE

· PREPARING MANAGEMENT REPORTS

· TRACKING NON-CONFORMANCES TO CLOSURE

· MAINTAINING AUDIT RECORDS

· CONDUCTING NC ANALYSIS

· SUPPORT CENTER INITIATIVES

Responsibilities:

-Experience Required 2-3 years in Internal Audit

· Prior experience in working as Project Manager/Team Leader.

· Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently, effectively in a team/task force as a team member or leader, and with senior staff and managers.

· Ability to analyze the process gap and provide advice to mitigate the risk.

· Thorough understanding of ISO, CMMI frameworks

· Position is based out of Milford - Cincinnati

Qualifications:

· Should be a certified and active Internal Auditor.
