RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce client located in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their rapidly growing organization. Summary: The Audit Manager will be responsible to the integrity of financial data, financial systems, and financial results as it relates specifically to payroll and billing functions, processes, and procedures. The Audit Manager will lead a team of 2 audit associates in ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate should have a background in audit, financial analysis, or general accounting. The idea for this role is candidate should be able to analyze and interpret data, cause and effect, trends, variances, correct errors and make business recommendations. The Audit Manager must be able to understand integrations and would ideally have some SOX compliance experience. The Audit Manager will be the main POC in working with the external audit partners, internal stakeholders and financial leadership and sales teams. Role and Responsibilities:

• Audit Manager will build and maintain project workbook for Accounting and Finance business functions
• Record and track all customer and vendor changes during system integration period
• Develop and maintain cutover plan for Accounting and Finance teams
• Responsible for auditing and data governance of all data that flows to data warehouse
• As a Audit Manager, you will review contract rate sheet and ensure accuracy of data
• Prepare Direct and VMS audit workbook for team to reconcile weekly for paid versus billed
• Conduct internal audits for Per Diem - Meals and Lodging
• Audit Managers partner with Controller during annual field audit and recurring field exams
• Monthly audits of Anthem and Principal bills

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or College coursework with corresponding experience
• 5+ years of Auditing and/or Accounting experience
• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases, Bullhorn) to complete tasks
• Candidates must possess the following characteristics and traits: leadership, motivation, detail-oriented, integrity and perseverance

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in SOX/Audit/Compliance
