Plumber ($1,000.00 Sign on Bonus)
Full-time
Salary: $28.00 to 32.00 per hour
We're looking for a Commerical Plumber to fill an opening immediately.The quailified Plumber will assist in the integrated facility management activities in Cincinnati Ohio Metro Area for our client. This position will report directly to the Site Manager

Responsibilities:
A qualified Commerical Plumber will be able to perform the following tasks by having extensive experience performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all our Plumbers to be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly and that there are no lingering issues that may need further repairs
.
In a typical week our Plumber will perform:
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs
• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
• Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
• Install and/or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
• Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function
• Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes
• Respond to Emergency maintenance requests
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and replacements on equipment
• Utilize CMMS work order system
• Off-hour emergency duties

Requirements:
• Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of Commercial Plumbing experience in relared job discipline
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes
• Personal hand tools a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Available to work on call and respond to immediately to plumbing emergencies
