Corporate Technical Recruiting
100% Remote - Client is in Ohio

6 Months Contract to Hire

7-10s years of Technical recruiting experience

5 years of recruiting the following:

  • Software Engineers
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Architecture Engineers
  • 2 Years' experience recruiting Cloud engineers

Job Description:

* Technical recruiting experience
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of recruiting and employment laws
* Experience working with external recruiting sites, resume databases, college recruiting, job fairs, and other external recruiting activities
* Ability to effectively sell the culture and benefits of working for ***: promote the brand
* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proven ability to continuously evaluate, improve and implement processes and procedures
* Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation
* Demonstrate professional, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone
* Ability to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute recruiting solutions that attract and retain talent and implement recruiting/hiring policies and programs
* Incorporate best practices in recruiting and ensure candidates and hiring managers have positive recruiting experiences and are effectively engaged throughout the process
* Participate in networking, recruiting and diversity functions; collaborate with division recruiters to source talent at events
* Assist in consulting with HR Managers and Generalists on hiring needs; support recruiting/sourcing plans to fill vacancies
* Assist in the onboarding process including development and presentation of new hire orientation, materials and for coordinating presenters
* Manage the offer letter process and initiate pre-screening tests and background checks with assistance from Onboarding Specialists
* Communicate job offers and rejections to candidates
* Inform division HR leaders regarding if candidates are extended job offers to work at G.O.
* Communicate recruiting needs and strategies to the G.O. HR team in addition to the hiring managers
* Analyze, maintain data for the purpose of reporting and continuously assess and improve key service delivery metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hires and candidate experience
* Analyze and evaluate recruiting methods and tools for effectiveness in meeting the business needs
* Research, identify and implement future recruiting trends, strategies and best practices (processes, tools, technology) to drive high quality recruiting results
* Source applicants from competition in both retail and nonretail environments
* Coordinate and deliver training programs to assist hiring managers in the interview and selection process - provided by Dice
