Director of Marketing - MSA Design

You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy of a nationally renowned Architecture+Interior Design+Graphics firm headquartered in Downtown Cincinnati, and defining structure, processes, and vision. You'll have the ability to shape our value for the consumer and customer journey as we rapidly evolve. What You'll Do:

• Set the vision and strategy for the firm and guide business-impacting decisions
• Oversee software implementation & leverage it to track performance across various mediums
• Learn the business nuances to help deliver high quality experiences and spaces
• Oversee a marketing coordinator who you can coach & develop
• Own your space- keeping track of project statuses, writing copy, coordinating photography for projects & events, working with vendors, collaborating with senior leadership, podcast development, website management, (phew!) etc.
• Influence key decision makers & stakeholders cross functionally

Who You Are:

• Highly adaptable individual, proven across industries or markets
• A high performer ~5-8 years' experience, ready to take on that next level of leadership
• Technically savvy with the ability to bring the firm's systems and processes up to scale- CRM experience helpful (using Cosential)
• RFP/RFQ experience with the ability to consult on business development and sales strategy
• You have a keen ability to influence key decision makers & stakeholders cross functionally
• You're exceptionally results-focused, self-motivated, and accountable
• You have a PHD in herding cats and being calm under pressure! (project management skillz ninja)
