Position Summary
Source, attract, identify and recruit talent aligned to the talent acquisition strategy and support the non-exempt staffing needs for the respective line of business. Work closely with site business leaders to source, attract, screen, recruit and hire future candidates that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Essential Job Functions
Lead on-site recruiting initiatives to support site locations with meeting hiring headcount goalsManage full lifecycle recruiting phases including research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer presentation for candidatesPartner and consult with internal stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs and Hiring Managers) to gain a clear view of their hiring needs, identify requirements and target specific skillsetsSupport company's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by building a diverse candidate slateCreate and manage robust candidate pools who hold the necessary experience, skills and competencies; maintain engagement with candidatesDecide, with minimal oversight, how to source candidates through a variety of channels (candidate databases, online recruiting platforms, forums, cold calling, network referrals, etc)Build networks within targeted and niche markets, while supporting recruiting events in specified locationsDetermine sourcing methods and tools, based on analysis and evaluation, for effectiveness in meeting the business needsUtilize data analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions, recommendations and consultation (e.g., recruitment reporting)Develop a full understanding and utilize reporting features of recruiting systems, including requisition reports, candidate status reports, etc.Incorporate best practices in talent acquisition to ensure candidates and hiring managers have positive recruiting experiences and are effectively engaged throughout the processCollaborate across talent acquisition teams to share best practices; promote talent pipeline and open rolesContinuously assess & improve key service level metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hires and candidate experienceUtilize established compensation tools & guidelines to determine compensation offersTravel to site locations/markets to source candidates & support recruiting initiatives at networking, recruiting & diversity functionsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
3+ years of Human Resources and/or full lifecycle recruiting experienceStrong business acumen and market insightDetailed knowledge and understanding of recruiting and employment lawsEffective negotiation, influencing, and communication (oral and written) skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple projectsFlexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organizationExcellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skillsProficient Microsoft Office skillsIntermediate applicant tracking system/application skillsExceptional personal bias for actionDemonstrate professional, friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone
Desired Previous Experience/Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Marketing or related fieldPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification3+ years of Applicant Tracking Systems experience (Successfactors, Oracle, Workday)
