Primary responsibilities:

Provide individual and group behavioral health and SUD services for youth.

Primarily will provide services in schools, but some visits will occur in the homes and community setting.

Create and maintain Individual Treatment Plans with clients and their families.

Link clients with community resources and effectively collaborate with school or community professionals.
