Description

Workhorse Group Inc. is a technology company focused on providing drone-integrated electric vehicles to the last-mile delivery sector. As an American original equipment manufacturer, we design and build high performance, battery-electric vehicles including trucks and aircraft. Workhorse also develops cloud-based, real-time telematics performance monitoring systems that are fully integrated with our vehicles and enable fleet operators to optimize energy and route efficiency. All Workhorse vehicles are designed to make the movement of people and goods more efficient and less harmful to the environment.

Reporting to the HR, Talent Acquisition Manager, the Sr. Recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle of external recruiting across the company. He/she will use state-of-the-art tools and technology to attract applicants for open positions as well as source for passive candidates.

Additional Job Responsibilities

* Serve as a trusted thought partner alongside hiring managers to develop external recruitment strategies in order to attract top talent.
* Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure tools are utilized appropriately.
* Identify and build relationships with candidates through networking and various recruiting/sourcing tools.
* Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualification for open positions.
* Build and communicate a strong employer brand.
* Maintain recruiting tracker and other recruitment and onboarding spreadsheets for internal management of new hires through onboarding.
* Pro-actively source passive candidates for harder to fill roles. Leverage innovative tools to find talent leads for Workhorse.
* Partner with department leaders to establish co-op and internship strategy for the company.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Assist with other HR-related projects and activities, as necessary.

Requirements

* Minimum of 10 years of experience sourcing and recruiting exempt talent across multiple functional areas.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required.
* Demonstrated ability to lead external talent searches with success. Includes creating a recruiting strategy, passive sourcing of talent, offer negotiation and onboarding new hire.
* Previous experience in manufacturing and/or automotive experience preferred.
* Previous experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management (CRM) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Must be able to work independently and prioritize time effectively.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft office.
