GENERAL SUMMARY:
Technical Specialist serves as the functional expert in one or more areas of the data collection process for Insights. Will be the primary point of contact for clients both internal and external on all projects that require data collection. Maintains high level of quality and excellent service across all project work. Adhering to company & industry standards as well as data security (PII) policies. The technical Manager is also responsible for ensuring the quality of research and of data collection, including the use of Quality Algorithm and 3rd party quality technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programming - Program scripts from questionnaire specifications and manage all technical aspects of the programs through data collection process with internal teams on timing, approach and project details. This includes:
- Coordinating & managing automated/programmatic project elements
- Assist with development and maintain advanced programming applications for project work
Sample and Vendor Management - Programmatically manipulate and clean client sample files for input to data collection scripts. This includes:
- Manage bulk mail execution according to department best practices
- Manage offshore relationship with Ugam Programming Team and ensure quality execution
Process Improvement Forward thinking and always looking for ways to automate, innovate, or enhance ways of working with a mind toward client centricity. Participate in brainstorming and innovation initiatives as needed.
Training Continuous learner. Attend training sessions as identified by management and leverage available self-driven training.
