Title Processor - Ft. Mitchell

Holbrook & Holbrook is now accepting applications for the role of Title Processor in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. Although no specific experience in the real estate or title industry is required, a working knowledge of the industry is preferred. Candidates should possess a positive team attitude, an eagerness to learn and grow personally, integrity that welcomes constructive criticism, and excellent communication skills suitable for a professional environment. Extensive "on the job" training will be provided.

Candidates will be expected to work to the best of their ability to effectively follow all written practices and procedures established at Holbrook & Holbrook, now in place or amended from time to time, for processing title work and the closing of real estate transactions. Candidates should be able to pass a background check focused on fraud, theft, and honesty (if any concerns, please reach out for a conversation).

Job duties of the position may include, but are not limited to:

• Working with members of a team to assist in real estate closings,
• Preparing documents for a real estate closing,
• Working with Holbrook & Holbrook's partners, clients, and friends to resolve challenges associated with real estate closings,
• Working with lenders and other real estate settlement attorneys/companies to resolve challenges associated with real estate closings, and
• Shipping/mailing of important documents to county clerks throughout the state and lenders across the country.
