Training & Development Associate

Direct Hire - Fully on-site in Cincinnati, OH


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain educational tools related to departmental tasks/processes;
  • Coordinate Commercial Operations new hire training;
  • Coordinate Commercial Operations continuing education training programs;
  • Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis;
  • Support managers in assessing training needs and setting up required training programs; and
  • May develop training material/tools for other departments within the functional area.


Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in clinical research and/or pharmaceuticals
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
  • Training program oversight and implementation, or account management/bid preparation experience related to clinical research;
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable computer software systems including but not limited to Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint®;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and maintain multiple tasks at one time; and
  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.
