Job description

Overview:
Quadax is seeking an Auditor to expand capacity of the Company's existing Quality Assurance team. Quality Assurance performs audits of the Company's various healthcare revenue cycle management Production functions and teams as designated. In this role, the successful candidate will support audit work in accordance with Quality Assurance department standards utilizing an organized, multi tab Excel workbook. Audit results are recorded through the preparation of various quality metrics and/or reports highlighting metrics against key performance indicators/benchmarks relative to the prevailing Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). As appropriate, audit findings are discussed with RCS Production management to ensure metrics are fully understood, collaborating in developing necessary corrective actions for identified issues. Flexibility to audit various functional areas, such as billing, customer service, benefits investigation, receipt posting and/or insurance appeals is expected.

Responsibilities:
Perform timely audits to evaluate various functions/activities performed by operators utilizing Quadax's HARP and/or PAS software.

Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Perform testing in conformity with standard operating procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Four-year college degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience

Advanced in using Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with creating and manipulating data files and producing metrics, graphs, and reports for management decisions

Experience in healthcare reimbursement and familiarity with medical billing terminology

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Detail oriented with the ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and work independently

Highly effective oral and written communication skills, in particular, in discussing audit results with management, and documenting results of audit findings
