Responsibilities:
NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Design & Entitlements Coordinator in Cleveland, OH.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Sr. Design and Entitlements Coordinator, the D&E Coordinator will support the needs of the Design and Entitlements Department by providing administrative and organizational services throughout all phases of project development. As an important part of the Design & Entitlements team, you will work with the design managers and development managers to support the essential administrative functions of the development and construction industries. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent capacity for deadlines, be self-regulating, provide innovative solutions to complex administrative challenges, be able to focus on multiple tasks in a short time frame, budget their time well, interact professionally with all members of the company and exemplify the highest level of communication skills. Reliability, consistency, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a requirement for this position.

• Coordinate, posting and maintaining construction files
• Coordinate and set internal and external calls and meetings for the Design team and outside consultants.
• Coordinate and order lunches for meetings both locally and out of state
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports
• File project information, including handling contracts and terms and conditions, on applicable internal and external systems.
• Prepare and maintain bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain Outlook calendars and contacts

Qualifications:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: At least 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience required.
Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook in particular), knowledge of Sharefile software preferred, Procore experience is a plus.
