Job ProfilePosition OverviewAs a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior on the Digital Wealth and Investing Team, based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC's international Private Bank and Retail clients. You will work as an experience owner to document the current and target state and then collaborate with various development teams across multiple lines of business to implement that vision. You will need to collaborate well with many teams across the enterprise to drive an improved digital experience for these important clients. You will work closely with experience designers, product owners, developers, scrum masters, line of business and other stakeholders, software service managers, and risk governance partners. Openness to learning new ways of working and new skills is a must and a reasonably strong understanding of technology development processes will be extremely beneficial. For this role, the following background and experience is recommended:A strong strategic skill set and experience planning and executing complex projects with many work sets and dependenciesClient-centric design thinking experience, including client journey mapping, process mapping and/or process improvement tactics, and creating client personasExperience collaborating with many different types of individuals and teamsAbility to communicate well with stakeholders and achieve buy-in and alignment from this audienceExperience working as a product owner on a team operating with an agile or DevOps frameworkA working understanding of the development, build, and deploy processesExperience navigating risk governance processesInitiation of self-directed learning on new subject matterExperience within the financial services industry preferred Understand and manage a project and budgetFamiliarity with sales, marketing, and/or servicing international clients desired, but not requiredIn this role, you will be responsible for the following:Leading strategy and execution of the key website experiences for PNC's international clientsCoordinating with other product owners to ensure a deliberate approach is being followed for all work occurring within international spaceSoliciting stakeholder input and communicating progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and other partnersCollaborating with technology partners, including software services managers, architects, and developersWorking closely with Digital partners, including all other Retail and Private Bank product owners, to ensure a robust strategy is in place to present a cohesive and intuitive client experienceJob DescriptionDrives digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Drives business case development.Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Partners with Marketing to Develop in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.Drives business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required.
