We are looking for someone to join our team as a Recruiter to focus on finding, attracting, interviewing, and recommending people for highly compensated roles within our clients. You will do all this while working side-by-side with a proven team in the industry. Direct Recruiters has over 38 years working across 25 different verticals ranging from High-Tech, to Automation, to healthcare. In this team you will be working in their High- Tech Practice.

The primary focus of our Recruiter:

• Use various tactics to prospect, contact, and identify people with a specific skill set to fill search assignments given to our firm
• As a Recruiter, you will spend most of your time interacting and building relationships with people via phone and other media to discover what types of opportunities they might be open to and then present them with an accurate description of any matching positions
• The Recruiter will also use the latest tools and technologies to identify and establish talent not already known and add them to our database
• Additionally, the Recruiter will determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating qualifications against job requirements and company culture

The background profile we look for:

• A college education is excellent, but having "true grit" is what truly matters!
• Excellent verbal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Any combination of hospitality OR Sales OR Recruiting OR cold calling experience
• Highly motivated and organized

• High-energy and coachable attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
