We're looking for a dynamic, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You'll work with agents throughout the listing process, compile listing information, and enter listing data in multiple databases. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate will excel when working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Candidate must possess exceptional proficiency with Office programs; Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook. The ability to meet deadlines, and anticipate the next step, while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Compensation:

$41,000 - $44,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals

  • Processing, tracking, and updating all listings in various software programs and websites
  • Process and maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions as required by the State and company policies
  • Working closely in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Process new listing paperwork
  • Miscellaneous office/admin responsibilities of answering calls and directing to appropriate agents, processing mail and overnight packages for delivery
  • Input contact information into CRM program

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service

  • High proficiency in Office programs; Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • Extremely Organized
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Project Management Experience is a bonus
  • Marketing experience is a plus
