Due to continued growth, CommuniCare Health Services is looking to fill the newly created role of Multi-site/Mobile Human Resource Manager serving our Heartland division which includes facilities located primarily in Ohio, as well as several located in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. This position can be remote but the candidate must be located within one of the following Ohio markets, Columbus, Cleveland, or Akron. This position involves 30% travel to various sites within Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

The Multi-site/Mobile Human Resource Manager plays a key role in supporting our divisional Human Resource and growth strategy. The Mobile HR Manager facilitates change by anticipating, identifying, planning, and implementing people strategies relevant to division priorities. This role partners with assigned facilities to achieve Human Resource goals & objectives in the absence of an assigned Human Resource Manager. The Incumbent will be-functionally/ technically deep in all aspects of the HR generalist role and be knowledgeable in HR specialist functions (e.g., labor, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development). The Mobile HR Manger must be competent in enabling the efficient identification of employee-centric solutions, identifying HR resources to deliver relevant solutions and recruitment strategies to effectively source, hire, and onboard talent to drive extraordinary performance within the division.

Guide Ongoing Human Resource Operations:

  • Effectively works with stakeholders to prioritize work and establish strong partnerships with one common goal: providing an amazing employee experience.
  • Accurately diagnose assigned facilities' organizational problems/dynamics and deliver solutions that improve situation and facility culture.
  • Partner with assigned business groups to understand key business challenges and organization needs; communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and get results.
  • Develop strong relationships with all business functions and determine best methods to complete human resource tasks.
  • Provide coaching to senior staff members to increase their leadership effectiveness.
  • Work with assigned business groups to facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening and Workday onboarding, to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Liaise with Division Human Resources Director, other HR, or corporate partners to provide insight and ensure processes and policies are followed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, processing, and auditing for assigned facilities.
  • Performs ad-hoc reporting requests and other duties as required.
  • 30% Travel. Travel as necessary to assigned locations throughout the division to support on-site Human Resources needs.

Education and Experience:

  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred).
  • Five years of Human Resources experience.
  • Must have ability to complete commute as needed to facilities located within division: Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania (approximately 80%).
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources administration, policies, practices, and laws is a strong requirement of the position. The candidate must possess demonstrated experience analyzing synthesizing needs and implementing relevant programs and policies.
  • Prior HRIS experience required (Workday experience a plus, but not required).
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Software (Apploi a plus, but not required).
  • Prior experience with Kronos systems a plus, but not required.
