job summary:

For this contractor assignment, as a Software Developer Senior in the Enterprise Integration Services team you'll provide programming support for our complex system integrations between our business units and with our external partners. Our integration solutions interface and aggregate functionality between our back-office business applications and our cloud-based service providers (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Kafka). Using your proven experience supporting and developing C# and .NET solutions, you'll perform solution development, architectural and software code reviews, and SaaS vendor support. You'll ensure adherence to standard development and elevate processes. Participation in a rotated after-hours on-call incident management and response, problem management, and providing problem root cause analysis and solution implementation is required.

responsibilities:

Required skills:

- strong Enterprise Integration background

- Experience working with vendor products (specifically MuleSoft, Salesforce)

- C#, .NET, Java, Javascript, REST and SOAP API development

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners

- Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills

Preferred skills and experience:

- Cloud Pipelines (i.e., OpenStack, OpenShift, etc.) and development

- Linux / Unix experience

- Experience working with Kafka, Microsoft Web Services

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education and/or experiences listed below are the minimum requirements for job entry.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.

- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
