Talent Acqusition Specialist job requires candidates to:
- Assist in all stages of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interview scheduling and regular communication with candidates and managers)
- Assist in recruiting difficult job vacancies and investigate the best recruitment approach.
- Assist with arranging virtual interviews, submitting background checks, scheduling physicals, and other items related to hiring.
- Assist with registering for career fairs and updating master schedule as needed.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Talent Acquisition Specialist job:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
- Recruiting experience as a acquisition professional utilizing various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and a standardized application tracking system to communicate, source, track and hire qualified candidates.
- Proficient using the tools in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A self-starter who displays motivation, innovation, and enthusiasm
