This is an option to Hire Role or Contract to Perm

Hiring Salary will be at: $115-120K Plus Healthcare Benefits

Seine Client's is seeking two Network Engineers who will be responsible for supporting their IT Department in implementing initiatives that are strategically aligned to the department and the growth of the company.

The Network Engineer continuously looks at current processes and emphasizes areas of improvement by maintaining, updating, and revamping daily administration of network infrastructure.

These are Contract to Hire positions that reports directly to the Director of IT.

This position works onsite at Seine Client's offices; however, it may be eligible for Periodic & Episodic Telework Arrangements for the support of Seine Client's Contingency and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
  • Administer and tune performance of networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, etc.)
  • Install, configure, monitor, and maintain all networking equipment
  • Create, maintain, and update DR, security, and back up plans
  • Research, recommend, and implement network performance enhancements
  • Establish and maintain disaster recovery plan, security policies, and system backup
  • Implements approved network projects and assists with related infrastructure efforts as required
  • Manages vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of optimal technical support solutions and services
  • Partners with IT staff and head department staff to find areas for improvement
  • Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • CCNA preferred
  • Four (4) or more years networking administration/engineering experience
  • Previous experience designing and implementing production networks
  • Intimate familiarity with Cisco ASA firewalls
  • In-depth knowledge of segmentation concepts (Sub-netting, VLANs, ACLs, ect.)
  • Familiar with VoIP protocols and transmission characteristics
  • Creative problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
