Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate Customer Service Technical in Columbus, OH.

Key Tasks:
* Associate Customer Service Technical will work with QA and Production teams to maintain comprehensive test plans based on product and courseware requirements, for both general and project-specific use, for all Higher Education products
* Assist team in coordinating with production and product teams to ensure requirements are testable
* Execute test plans and generate reports of results including use of automated testing tools as necessary
* As an Associate Customer Service Technical, you will track bugs and defects and all fixes or mitigations and maintain all bug and defect tracking reports
* Record Production and vendor problems and concerns in established tracking system

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of bug tracking software such as JIRA
* Ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects as they are assigned required
* Ability to focus on and manage deadlines and deliverables
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
