Job description

*Must reside in the Columbus, OH area. Remote through 12/31 with return to a hybrid work schedule possible in early 2022. This is NOT a contract role.*


As a Client Services Specialist at Tailored Management, you will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations for our valued clients, candidates, and associates. Every day you will work on a client specific team of 4 to 5 engaging client services professionals to schedule interviews with candidates, respond with timeliness and accuracy to clients' questions and concerns via phone and email, and follow-up with our recruiting teams on new hire onboarding and candidate process support inquiries.


Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the candidate life cycle as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and client services teams.
  • Oversees new hire onboarding process and compliance measures to ensure we are aligned with contractual needs of our clients.
  • Supports daily client specific objectives including reporting, research, vendor calls, audits, and various administrative requests.
  • Analyzes assigned client account trends and process efficiencies and shares ideas with immediate team and leadership.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field of study a plus!
