Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Financial Advisor to join our growing team. You will be our clients' trusted advisor in areas including investments, cash flow, savings, and retirement planning. Our financial planner should be an effective communicator with experience in financial planning and business development. If you are analytical, meticulous, and obsessed with helping clients reach their goals, we'd like to meet you. This position requires the ability to work well in both a self-directed manner and in a collaborative team environment.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statuses (income, expenses, liabilities, goals).
  • Examine and suggest financial solutions.
  • Develop and customize financial plans to meet the long-term goals of our clients.
  • Help design and implement financial solutions, aiding in instructing processing staff.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with existing clients and fellow advisors.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial solutions. Meet and communicate with clients on a regular and consistent basis

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planner designation or desire to obtain CFP strongly preferred.
  • BS/BA in accounting, financial, business administration or relevant field.
  • Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney or Right Capital is a plus.

  • Initiative and ability to multi-task.
  • Dependable, willing to put in extra effort, motivated to tackle problems, and comfortable with periodic pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
