Oversees development, bulk production, and audit of label and paper marketing trims for our brands. Work cross-functionally with designers, merchants, and sourcing to develop items of quality, of target price, on calendar, and in correct trim supplier locations globally. Communicate with trim suppliers and vendors daily. Manage execution and follow-up for label and paper marketing trim needs. Partner with sourcing to understand global sourcing strategy and volume. Keep trim suppliers informed of strategy and volume. Ensures compliance, quality product suitable for the end use and product lifecycle is being used. Role is also responsible for product claims process.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

* Manage seasonal trim developments to corporate calendar timelines
* Owns follow-up on all submits and communication of comments back to trim suppliers
* Maintain and develop relationships with trim suppliers to keep samples, approvals, price, and raw materials on time each season
* Work closely with sourcing to monitor schedule, delivery, and volume
* Partner with sourcing to obtain evidence that product claims can be made on label and paper marketing trims. Owns tracking, storage, approvals, and fielding questions of claims.
* As needed, partner with Regulatory and QA on any new claims
* Conduct review and audit samples during in store walk throughs. Owns communication to internal and external partners as result of audit reviews.
* Build and maintain list of active trim codes, colors, qualities by brand and product category
* Maintain seasonal development tracking tools
* Maintain item codes in PLM and Label Translation Systems
* Negotiate costs as needed
