We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for keeping projects moving forward through the department including assurance of progress updates and task completions.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects via project management software and workflows, overseeing the department's SLAs and ensuring tasks and deadlines are timely met. Evaluate internal processes to identify and implement efficiencies as needed.
2. Receive and process incoming department invoices and service payment requests. Assist in monitoring and tracking marketing spend to marketing budget for each business line.
3. Manage the content updates and design of the department's intranet site.
4. Coordinate ad hoc member marketing material or email communication requests.
5. Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate campaign results to business line leaders.
6. Assist in fulfilling and supporting corporate and community partnerships, sponsorships, and event deliverables, both virtually and onsite.
7. Support event execution needs including communication with venues and vendors, obtaining quotes for event-related services, organizing staff for on-site support, and coordinating set up and tear down activities.
8. Work with vendors to purchase print and promotional items, or other materials, as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• At least one (1) year of professional marketing or business administration experience. Project management skills are a plus.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and career development growth.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Asana, and/or other types of marketing-related project management and analytical software is preferred.
