Property Management Professional

Our leading real estate investment firm is looking for a property manager. The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, contractors, and vendors. This position will be responsible for leasing our properties, working within our property management software, processing rents, changing locks and other basic maintenance, and interacting with contractors for handyman/maintenance requests.

This position requires someone who has strong problem-solving skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, is driven to succeed and advance within the company, and is able to communicate well. Prior experience in property management is a bonus.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes

• Interacting with contractors for handyman/maintenance repairs
• Being the point of contact with tenants
• Listing, showing, and renting houses
• Working within Buildium, our property management software
• Docusign leases
• Accepting, tracking, and depositing rents
• Eviction notices, eviction court, all other notices
• Lock changes, lock drill outs
• Handling code violations
• Interacting with contractors for handyman/maintenance repairs

• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or equivalent
