Client - One of the world largest Financial Institution

Location- Ohio

Payrate -$ 60 to $67 depends on experience

Contract to direct hire opportunity

Position- 2 different positions (1.SAP FICO, 2. SAP ABAP)

1. SAP FICO

Requires core skillset around configuration of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets Modules. Knowledge of Project systems and Materials management is good to have. S4HANA experience is preferable and good to have.

Role: Software Engineer SAP FI/CO Location: Columbus

Educational Qualification: MBA / CA / Cost Accountant Experience: 6-8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation & Enhancement activities related SAP FI module (GL, AP, AR, AM, PS etc.).

· Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.

· Good Understanding of integration with other modules. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.

· Experience in interfacing with Ariba, Concur or other invoice processing applications.

· Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.

· Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations

· Develop and test application changes using disciplined software development processes.

· Adherence to Development Life Cycle, PLC, IT controls and change control policies for all developments.

· Maintain process documentation for FICO processes & tasks

· Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance related processes.

Required Skills:

· Should have 6-8 Years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or above. S4HANA experience is preferable.

· At least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP AP and FA module.

· Expertise in AP, FA & PS modules and good skill set in AR, SD and MM modules.

· Strong knowledge on several areas of the complete software lifecycle (including test and support).

Required Soft Skills:

• Exposure and experience to work in teams across multiple locations with different time zones.
• Should have worked in Agile projects
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with business partners and IT functional analysts in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Should be capable of self-learning new technologies and should be able to work with minimum direction and supervision.

Good to Have:

· Experience working with ticketing tools (Ex: ServiceNow).

• Experience working with scheduling tools (Ex: Control M).
• SAP Certification in relevant Functional areas will be an added advantage and Domain experience in BFSI sector will be a plus
• Should have worked in Agile projects

2. SAP ABAP

Requires core ABAP skillset with good knowledge of OOPs concepts. S4 HANA working knowledge is good to have.

Role : Software Engineer SAP ABAP / Fiori / HANA

Location: Columbus

Experience: 8-11 Years

Role and Responsibilities

· Candidate will be an application developer with the role of an individual contributor.

· Design, develop and support application solutions with focus on SAP S/4 HANA.

· Develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.

· Implement and deploy SAP UI5 applications, including custom extension development and configuration for user roles, catalogs, and groups.

· Will work in various UI/UX technologies like HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, XML, AJAX, SVG standards, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, D3, MVC Development framework.,

· Design and develop interfaces/utilities for SAP Automations, Test Automations using various tools.

· Will help to design and implement Automated Unit testing framework to drive best practices using ABAP Units / ABAP Double / Q-Units / Sinon.js.

· Will develop RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP components for external consumptions or helping setup cloud deployments

· Will be working in the Agile / DevOps framework in designing application to enable CI-CD (continuous integration / continuous development) which may include working on various Solution Manager components

· Will be designing the framework to create working prototypes using the wireframe tools and enabling the Design Thinking methodology.

Required Technical Expertise

Experience on S4 HANA implementations will be desirable.

· Data modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services, Data Base Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption.

· Prototype, develop and deploy custom SAP UI5 applications using HANA Cloud Platform, Web IDE

· Develop UI5 based prototypes and carry out prototype testing using wire framing tools. Knowledge of SAP Build will be a plus.

· Design and develop applications with consumption of ODATA services

· In -depth experience of

· SAP Fiori Apps and Theme Design

· Object Oriented Programming using ABAP Objects

· RESTful API using OData Services

· HANA CDS views

· Git Repository Integration

· SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture

· Development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports)

· Experience in working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and Post Production support projects would be an advantage.

· Working knowledge of Solution Manager Components like BPCA / Charm / Focus Build will be preferred.

· Working knowledge of RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WinAutomation etc will be preferred.

· Working knowledge of Test Automation tools like UFT, Panaya, Tosca etc will be preferred.
