Senior Property Manager

Are you a seasoned Senior Property Manager with experience in Commercial, Office and Industrial Property Management looking to join an energetic team in a casual work environment? We're looking for someone with a background in construction management including commercial tenant buildouts, capital improvements and residential renovations to help us grow our presence across North America.

Responsibilities:

· Manage over 1.5 million sq ft of office, industrial, commercial and historic properties throughout North America.

· Manage the development and entitlement process of existing real estate for best use.

· Develop annual income/expense budgets/CAM with attention to detail. Take measures to prevent avoidable variances.

· Project management for tenant and capital improvements.

· Oversee change of use variances and city code variance process.

· Obtain occupancy permits through local municipalities code processes.

· Identify investment opportunities, manage acquisition and disposition program to maximize return on capital.

· Financial reporting with variance and re-forecasting.

· Project capital improvement needs. Monitor and manage capital expenses.

· Market properties for lease and negotiate lease transactions.

· Support broker relations and the leasing process.

· Vendor contract negotiation and management.

· Ensure proper administration of leases, expenses, allocate workload/schedule

· Oversee work and implement controls to ensure effective contractor performance, safety, and compliance with contract terms.

· Develop, maintain, and administer property regulations for tenants and contractors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products a must. Ohio Real Estate license a plus.
