Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Leadership Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager to understand the talent needs of the business and develop effective search strategies to build candidate pipelines for managerial positions, front line, and internal positions
  • Responsible for the development and execution of search techniques to generate a dynamic pool of qualified candidates for open and future positions.
  • Maintain a detailed, up-to-date pipeline of candidates both active and passive.
  • Identify qualified candidates using various and creative sourcing techniques (Boolean Search, X-Ray, geographic targeting, etc.) and use direct methods to engage with candidates including direct email, text, cold calls, referrals, internal networking.
  • Continuously refine the ideal candidate model to consistently source high-quality candidates
  • Use available tools, (iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search) to maintain accurate and concise documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
  • Analyze prepare and present hiring statistics and metrics on a consistent basis
  • Partner with Recruiting team to assist in coordinating and scheduling orientations, for all candidates to streamline the hiring process
  • Occasionally conduct phone screens, and video interviews to support Recruiting team
  • Assists with administrative duties and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and preferred experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of combined experience in sourcing to include Internet, cold-calling, and experience using applicant tracking systems and Excel.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships
