ANF Corp seeks a talented individual to join the Customer Research team to help inform the next chapter in our 125 year old story. This person will play a critical role in evolving their brands Research program as well as executing discrete research projects to inform all aspects of the brand. This position will be instrumental in providing insights and recommendations to drive the growth of the brands business

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the in-house customer research resource for A&F adults and abercrombie kids brands
* Inform business actions based on customer insights culled from primary and secondary research
* Engage the A&F/kids brands proprietary customer research community
* Project manage research initiatives inclusive of writing briefs, designing methodologies, fielding/moderating and synthesizing actions/recommendations
* Manage 1-2 direct reports
* Partner with Data and Analytics, UX, etc to derive and articulate holistic actionable business recommendations
* Guide discussion sessions with brand stakeholders to facilitate action off insights

Experience/skills:

* Bachelors degree required
* 4-5 years experience in a customer/marketing research, analytics, product management, or other related role. Retail, apparel or consumer goods experience is a plus
* Analytical thinker and translator with exceptional research dexterity
* Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, Comscore, Brandwatch/Netbase, MRI, GWI, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, CDPs (Evergage, Segment, etc.), Clarabridge
* Whole brain thinker- comfortable with both quantitative data analysis (survey platforms, basic data visualization) and qualitative conversational research (focus groups, shop-alongs)
* Self-starter and independent
* Able to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with a variety of cross functional partners from various levels within the company
* Excellent communication skills and strong project management capabilities
* Creative approach to problem solving with a humble, team-oriented and optimistic attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to handle significant responsibility
* Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel domestic travel will be a requirement of this role post-Covid
