Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will apply finance and accounting knowledge to provide direct FP&A support to senior leadership team. This individual will support to our North American leadership team and have responsibilities for budget, forecast, P&L management, and variance analysis on a monthly and annual basis. Perform various ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. This role serves as the primary finance partner for supported organizations within the business, and is crucial in influencing and helping the business make sound financial decisions.

Essential Activities

* P&L management for supported business functions, including but not limited to forecast, budget, and variance reporting
* Performs advanced financial analyses and develops standard and nonstandard reports , statements of a complex nature and consolidate North American reporting.
* Build relationships with the senior leaders of North America, gain trust and partnership through regular touch base and check-in meetings
* Provide insights and recommendations to leadership team to drive business performance. Challenge and push our way of thinking and doing.
* Assist in ensuring day-to-day accounting and financial operations are carried out in accordance with established accounting principles, policies, and objectives
* Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BFA) or equivalent
* 5-7 years Corporate Finance or Audit experience required
* Ability to build financial templates; variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Microsoft Office Experience (Strong Excel skills - Word, Access, PowerPoint)
* Highly analytical with a strong ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
