Talent Acquisition Supervisor

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is primarily accountable for meeting the staffing requirements of Safelite's field operations team. This role will build, engage and lead a team of high performing recruiters and coordinators to achieve high volume, full life cycle staffing targets for assigned regions, while 'rolling up the sleeves' and managing an individual recruitment workload.

Essential Activities:

* Role model Safelite's core values, culture and desired behaviors -- including a culture of accountability
* Supervise and drive operational metrics including KPIs and candidate pipeline requirements
* Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team to improve performance, assist with prioritization, and generate ideas for continuous improvement
* Analyze and assess productivity and performance trends of job boards and sourcing methods to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and adapt strategies, as appropriate
* Partner directly with hiring managers and manage full lifecycle recruitment workload
* Adapt service delivery structure to meet with changing business needs
* Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance
* Lead high impact recruiting projects
* Influence quality hiring decisions, support technology adoption, and deliver a quality customer experience (internal and external)

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years recruiting experience, required
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices including legal requirements or HR certifications, a plus
* Prior supervisory experience preferred
* Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions quickly
* Able to establish trusting partnership
