The Vice President (VP) of Client Sales and Support acts as a trusted advisor to Safelite's largest insurance partners, delivering value to the insurer, Safelite, and the policy holder alike. They are trusted experts in the insurance industry and in vehicle glass, and they help clients uncover and address critical business needs. They help clients solve challenging business problems while increasing Safelite's footprint within their client organizations. They must work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and facilitate strong relationships across the two organizations. This role uses data to tell a compelling story that leads to both insight and action. This leader should be digitally savvy and create solutions that deliver a frictionless experience.

What You'll Do
  • Personally manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships,and build robust networks between the client organization and multiple stakeholders within Safelite to ensure ongoing customer intimacy and loyalty to Safelite. Leverage a strong understanding of both Safelite's operations and the client's business and industry to drive strategic solutions that add value to the customer's business.
  • Lead solution design efforts and collaborate with key internal partners to leverage data-driven analyses to improve performance and to differentiate and improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across digital products, services, and channels and create loyalty.
  • Manage business results of several large and complex insurance partners by analyzing customer and market trends, monitoring financial results, adjusting plan as necessary, and optimizing use of resources. Advise clients on Safelite's tailored best in class solutions and negotiate arrangements that deliver value to Safelite and the client.
  • Work with the digital experience team, the technical account management team and the client to conceptualize elements of digital strategy/digital-enabled business change projects, with the end-user/policy holder in mind. Develop approaches to accurately present and programmatically deliver successful digital innovation projects.
  • Presents quarterly updates to clients and creates a compelling story around market, industry and account trends that lead to decisive and impactful action and establish themselves as a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Maintain relevant external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialized media.
What You'll Need
  • 10+ years serving as a trusted advisor for national client accounts
  • Exemplary presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including contract development
  • Strong Salesforce account management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
