COLTENE has a great opportunity for a Finance Manager at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH location. This position will be mainly responsible for the general accounting of Cuyahoga Falls, OH (CW INC) site but will also handle a broad range of accounting, financial reporting and analytical duties.

Duties and responsibilities

Preparing and posting general ledger entries CW INC

Preparing and posting Payroll Entries

Account analysis

Accounting functions for Diatech (COLTENE's location in SC)

Preparation and submission of Month End Reporting

Preparation and Submission Sunshine Act

Lead AP/AR department

Support AP and AR department

Review and Approve Purchase Requisitions (Accounting Portion)

Audit Expense Reports

Support with Audit and maintenance of ICS

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability needed in order to successfully perform the job.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred

3-5 years of related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, advanced in Excel and Analytics Tools

Ability to communicate cross functionally

Ability to work in a team environment

Social skillset to lead a team of 3

Experience with use of ERP system (preferably SAP)

Experience with financial reporting tool preferred (used for consolidation by the group)

Detail-oriented

Hands-on mentality

Must have organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Working conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in primarily an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is quiet. This is a full-time salary exempt position requiring at least 40 hours per week, with hours of work and days scheduled determined by the Director of Finance. Special circumstances such as off shift and weekend work might occur on rare occasions. This position requires minimal travel.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily sitting for prolonged periods of time. Standing, walking or bending will occur from time to time. Prolonged periods of concentration and focus are required along with adequate interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with stress of time constraints. The employee is required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. This position requires regular and consistent attendance at the facility.
